■部署の紹介／Department Introduction

我々の部門は、「CS補用部品物流部」です。
国内外の補用部品の調達および供給を担当している非常に複雑かつ実務的な部門で、すべての意思決定が顧客とビジネスに影響を与えます。
輸入サプライヤーマネジメントチームは7名で構成されています。

Customer Services Parts Logistics Fuso is the responsible department for the domestic and global distribution of spare parts.

It is a highly complex but hands on department where every decision has an impact on customers and the business.

The CS Supplier Management Import Team consists of 7 members which are responsible for ensuring the parts availability of import parts in Mitsubishi Fuso Aftersales. This includes planning (e.g. forecasting, safety stock setting) and

execution (e.g. ordering) but most importantly also trouble-shooting (eg.organzing of emergency air freight) and

root cause analysis in case of stock-outs. Via continous improvement the goal is to reduce the number and time of stock-outs while optimizing for lowest inventory costs.

■ 業務内容
主な業務：
輸入部品の在庫確保（予測、発注、安全在庫設定など）
欠品時の緊急対応（例：緊急空輸の手配）
欠品の根本原因分析と継続的改善
在庫コストの最適化

- Shortening stock-out time by expediting open orders, organizing emergency orders and find other solutions to

cut waiting time for customers

- Determining estimated time of arrival for stock-out parts and identifying root cause and countermeasures for long

aging backorder parts

- Communication with external (e.g. suppliers, logistics providers) and internal stakeholders

(e.g. Procurement, Engineering, IT)

- Master Data Maintenance, Parts Replacement Management and Safety Stock Maintenance

- Demand Planning: Monitoring and adjusting forecasts to optimize order quantities

- Leading projects related to automating processes and improving system efficiency

- Organization of meetings with int./ext. stakeholders to improve business relationship and parts supply

■募集要件／Requirement

■ 業務経験・知識
・経験：サプライチェーンマネジメント、需給計画、または関連分野での経験
・スキル：分析力、向上心、柔軟性、異文化環境でのコミュニケーション能力
・学歴：サプライチェーンまたはロジスティクス分野の学士または修士号（望ましい）
・ITスキル：Excel（上級）、PowerPoint（中級）、think-cell（望ましい）SAP MM、APO、SAP IBPなどの経験（望ましい）Power BIの使用経験（望ましい）
・資格：APICSやIBF CPF/ACPFなどの関連資格（望ましい）

■ 語学
日本語：ビジネスレベルが望ましい、英語：ビジネスレベル
その他：ドイツ語/イタリア語等があれば尚可

■Work Experience:
-Experience working in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning) or related fields

■Personal Skills:
-Analytical mindset, Strong passion & driven to win personality, High flexibility and adaptability
-Learning and improvement mindset, Able to communicate clearly and effciently in an intercultural work environment

■Education:
-Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics perferred

IT Skills:
-Excellent Excel Skills, Good Powerpoint Skills, experience with think-cell preferred

-Experience working with SAP MM (Materials Management) (Preferred), Experience working with APO (Advanced

Planning & Optimization), SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or other planning tools (Preferred)

-Experience working with Power BI (Preferred)

■Certifications:
-Relevant certifications (e.g. APICS certifications (Certified Supply Chain Certification) or IBF (Institute of

Business Forecasting) CPF/ACPF) preferred



Language:

Japanese: Business proficiency preferred, English: Business proficiency

Others: German/Italian etc. are plus
