As the leader of multiple Disease Areas (DA), you will be the key communicator between global and regional stakeholders, representing Japan's strategic commercial function. Your role will involve developing compound strategies with R&D, maximizing labelling opportunities, accelerating regulatory pathways, and optimizing pipeline priorities.
Your impact will be felt across the organization as you identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps, shape future markets and products with deep insights, and develop comprehensive market access strategies. By conducting research and collecting professional opinions, you will visualize customer insights and drive innovation.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in forecasting and budget planning, establishing diagnostics business value, and partnering to develop optimal local/regional Business Development (BD) strategies. Your commercial expertise will support BD activities and ensure the launch excellence of new compounds.
