We are seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to manage and execute daily financial operations across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial support. This role will play a critical part in managing financial reporting, accounting and tax obligations while also supporting debt and equity financing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance activities, with a strong focus on hands-on involvement and practical execution.

技能/経験
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and tax compliance, preferably within multinational or multi-entity structures. 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations, including experience with the full cycle of accounting from journal entries to month-end and year-end closing.
• Strong understanding of Japanese financial regulations, corporate tax laws and investment structures.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., ERP) and expertise in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
