•Be a trusted recruiting business partner to delivery managers and sales managers in Japan. Participate in business meetings to understand the demand and provide key inputs about talent availability in different locations and industries.
•Execute Talent fulfilment strategies for hiring mandates across the Service lines like Embedded, Plant Engineering, Digital, Mechanical and Semiconductor.
•Manage recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution. Uses data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labour market and recruiting process.
•Creates shortlists of candidates and conducts interviews and assessments with hiring manager.
•Provide feedback and coaching to the interviewed/assessed internal/external candidates in accordance with local practice and legislation.
•Concludes the selection process with the hiring managers and the candidates, including offer negotiations and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted.
•Liaises with recruitment agencies as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are fulfilling the requirements.
•Efficient use of tools like job boards, ATS, social media platforms for efficient operations, recruiters’ productivity and reduce cost per hire.
•Be hands on to find talent as senior recruiters and drive the recruiting team members by guiding them to find right candidates.
