仕事内容
・EHS Manager (Non-line Manager) responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities across Japan.
・Drive compliance with local regulations and global EHS standards while implementing corporate EHS strategies.
・Lead safety, health, sustainability, and occupational health programs across offices, research, and manufacturing sites.
・Ensure audit readiness, conduct internal audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
・Strengthen the EHS culture through training, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
・Partner closely with HR, Legal, Business, IT, and global teams to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.

技能/経験
・5+ years of EHS management experience in a corporate environment.
・Class 2 Health Supervisor certification required; Class 1 certification preferred.
・Proven experience managing complex projects and stakeholders in an international environment.
・Strong audit management, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
・Business-level English, native-level Japanese, and a relevant Master's degree preferred.
