Qualifications and Experience
▪At least 3 years of business experience in the accounting department
▪Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent or non-accounting bachelor’s degree
▪Big 4 consulting or banking industries' experience would be preferred.
▪General knowledge of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
▪Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-mapping skills
▪Understanding of reconciliations and general accounting standards.
▪High capacity to learn, high flexibility, and a self-starter
▪Good interpersonal skills
▪Communicating skills in Japanese and English (Business level preferred)
▪Knowledge of working with database applications, preferably SAP, Cognos, SIMPACT, BillOne
