・Demand planning manager is responsible for product supply execution and management as a key function of product supply chain within salomon soft goods merchandising team (Footwear, Bags&Socks, Apparel&Accessories).
・Plan seasonal OTB along with brand sales plan and merchandising initiative, communicating with global counterpart for the purchase/ shipment, manage order allocation after goods receiving.
・Analize and provide all the information relating orderbook, sell thru, and inventory. Lead necessary action for supply shortage, delay and excess inventory.
・Lead and manage systematic projects relating supply chain to develop seamless supply process effectively.
・Other tasks include; manage team members, sales summary for business analysis, seasonal order management, product inbound tracking, order allocation, inventory liquidation and supporting quality control incidents.

・S&OP report sharing to internal / global counterpart
・Support QC incidents when notified by Salomon HQ team and after service team in Japan
