You will work within the dynamic and fast-paced Japan Brand and Product, sales Team as Senior Marketing Manager, owning the direction, presentation, and integrity of Marketing Plan and Budget management with selection of leading brands in the Pure Fishing Portfolio.

Reporting to the APAC Senior Marketing Manager as well as Country manager. This important role is responsible for:
Deliver and optimise the execution of Marketing strategy

Marketing Plan, Team Leadership & Budget Management
Develop the consumer-led marketing plan across JPKR, setting the strategic gold, silver and brand campaigns for the region.

Digital Advertising & SEO
Strategise and execute the digital advertising plan for new product and brand campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, utilising the Asana GTM Campaign Tracker Board.

Product Marketing Assets Management
Liaise with external vendors in Japan to ensure product photography is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Digital Platforms Management
Lead the team in maintaining A+ content standards across brand marketing websites.

Trade Marketing
Create digital asset packs for products, social media and websites within MediaValet brand portals to support retailer access to campaign assets.

Reporting
Input data into the Marketing Stats reporting dashboard on a monthly basis, extracting and analysing metrics from various sources including Sprout Social, Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads Manager, SEMrush, Brandscope and Media Cloud.
