This position is for the CADDi DRAWER Group Workflow Engine Team, the Platform Team based on Team Topologies, that collaborates with other teams to provide a solution to run heavy workloads in an asynchronous way. ■業務内容
・戦略｜日本市場における数百のSMBセラーのインキュベーションを全面的に担う。これには、ビジネスにおいて有望なセラーを特定し、彼らの成長戦略を策定し、実行することが含まれます。
・セラーコミュニケーション｜電話、インスタントメッセージ、セラーコミュニティ、その他のアプローチを通じたチャネル管理およびセラーコミュニケーションのオーナーシップを持ち、セラーの問題を解決するためのトラブルシューティング、エスカレーション、セラー教育などのマスアカウント管理活動を行う。
・マスインキュベーション｜中小規模のセラーと協力し、TikTokのEコマースパフォーマンスの最適化と改善、キャンペーンのエンゲージメント促進、その他のインキュベーション活動を行う。これを大規模に達成するための、プログラム的でスケーラブルな方法を特定する。スケーラブルなソリューションを通じてビジネスを改善する機会を特定し、これらのソリューションの展開を管理する。
・製品およびプロセスの改善｜販売者セグメントとその業績に影響を与える問題の根本原因を理解するための分析と深堀りを行い、機会を特定し、製品開発とプロセス改善へのインプットに役立てる。

- CSMはお客様のクラウドジャーニーにおけるトラステッドアドバイザーです。 プログラムマネージメント、IT技術、組織変革等の専門知識を活用して、お客様のビジネス目標と戦略目標を理解し、それらを実行可能な計画にして、お客様のクラウドジャーニーを成功に導きます。
- CSMはお客様のクラウドジャーニーを実現するAWSでのリーダーです。社内の様々な分野のチーム（セールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、サポート、開発チーム、プロフェッショナルサービス）やパートナー様と協業をしながら、プロジェクトやイニシアチブを推進します。CSMは、従来のITチームやビジネスユニットにまたがるクラウドトランスフォーメーションプログラム（技術、運用、組織、教育）を担当します。
- CSMはお客様のクラウドジャーニーを推進します。お客様のクラウドジャーニーにおける課題やリスクを理解し、AWSのベストプラクティスに基づいた規範的なガイダンスを提供します。対策の優先順位を気にかけながら全体計画をお客様と作り、ひとつひとつ解決していきます。
- CSMはお客様のクラウドジャーニーを加速させることでAWSの事業に貢献します。AWSは「お使いいただいた分だけお支払いいただく」課金モデルのため、クラウド活用が進むことは、お客様のみならずAWS事業にとってもプラスです。

A day in the life
- 複数のお客様をひとりのCSMで担当することが多いです。ただ、ひとりで仕事を達成しないといけないわけではありません。関係部門の仲間たちはみな協力してくれますし、CSMのチーム内でもお互いが相談し合っています。学習面では、いろいろな学習教材が用意されています。
- 社内やお客様との会議は、基本的には9:00-18:00の範囲内で実施しています。働く場所はお客様やメンバーの事情に応じて柔軟に選択できます。

本ポジションでは、主に東京本社からリモートで日本全国・世界各国の現地スタッフと連絡しながら、展示作品が良い状態で正常に展示されていることに責任を持ち、保守・メンテナンス・管理に従事します。

■障害履歴の分析と改善案の策定

・オンラインでのソフトウェア対応

■ 具体的な仕事内容
「より学べて・面白い」動画学習コンテンツを制作する業務です。
提供する学びのジャンルは「最先端テクノロジー」から「ビジネス基礎力」まで多岐に渡ります。現在、そして将来において、学んでおくべきコンテンツを編成・企画していただき、講師のキャスティングから制作業務を制作チームや他ディレクターと連携しながら制作提供していきます。
