【業務内容】
■車載や産業用機器に内蔵される先端のデジタルLSIの回路設計/稼働検証(＊主に2～5名のユニットでプロジェクトを遂行）　
・単なるRTL設計や検証だけでなく、フォーマル検証やSystem Verilogを用いた検証環境の自動化など、高度な検証技術を付加価値として開発を行います。
現在のLSIはCPUが内蔵されるなど、システムの1チップへの集約が進んでいるため開発段階からどのように性能を高めるかを提案できることが今後重要になると考え、フォーマル検証や高位設計の研究も行っています。
・車載向けの半導体では、機能安全規格（ISO26262)への対応が必須になっており、機能安全分野の業務拡大にも取り組んでいます。

■Introduction to the job
As a senior Application Engineer, you will drive Micron’s advanced process development through deep technical expertise and strategic use of application products and knowledge.You will act as a technical leader who guides complex issue resolution, influences customer direction, and strengthens ASML’s value delivery.

■Role and responsibilities
・Lead Micron process development activities and oversee implementation of advanced application functionalities.
・Engage proactively with customers to clarify technical challenges, define problem statements, and drive data‑driven solutions even under high-pressure situations.
・Demonstrate strong ownership by leading issue resolution from initial assessment to closure with timely and transparent communication.
・Lead escalations and coordinate with internal ASML experts (ABS, DE, GSC, etc.) to ensure efficient cross‑team problem solving.
・Act as the primary technical interface toward Micron, ensuring alignment, expectation management, and clear communication.
・Drive collaboration across departments to achieve seamless troubleshooting and solution deployment.
・Manage technical stakeholders and influence decision-making across customer and internal organizations.
・Demonstrate a structured, analytical problem‑solving approach with strong technical leadership.
・Provide support across EUV, DUV, VCP and related application domains.
・Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

■Job Description
As a Upgrade Install and Relocation (UIR) engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installations, upgrades and relocations adjustments, calibrations, qualification of ASML lithography tools, and customer communication. This role requires a multidisciplinary engineering background and hands-on experience with complex semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments.

■Key Responsibilities
・Execute installation and qualification of ASML lithography systems including mechanical, electrical, and software integration.
・Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis to resolve installation issues.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide including project coordinators, system owners, technical support teams and customer representatives to ensure timely and successful system delivery.
・Support continuous improvement initiatives for effective installation from preparation through execution to wrap-up including tooling.

Regional Product Support Engineerとして、地域におけるフィールドエンジニア、テクニシャン、プロダクトサポート要員を支える技術的中核を担います。
複雑な電気機械装置、コンピュータシステム、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク／無線システムに関する診断、トラブルシューティング、修理、デバッグにおいて重要な役割を果たします。

業務内容
・顧客装置に関する問題を解決し、顧客の期待に応えるとともに、地域におけるエスカレーション対応およびフィールド品質目標の達成を担う
・Type-1およびType-2エスカレーションを迅速かつ効率的に解決し、必要に応じて他リージョンやFremontのProduct Groupと連携
・担当するすべてのエスカレーションチケットへの対応およびサポート
・ローカルフィールドチームと連携したアクションプランの策定

■業務内容：
お客様先(国内主要半導体メーカー)の工場内に出向き、弊社納入の半導体製造装置の立ち上げ、保守業務、トラブルシューティングなどを行います。米国本社など弊社の海外の工場からパーツごとに送られてくる装置をお客様の工場内にて3～5名のチームで1～2カ月(1つの装置につき)かけてセッティング(組立て)、基本性能の評価テストを実施し、本稼働までフォローを行います。更に保守業務では定期メンテナンスサポートや装置のトラブル対応を行い、不具合発生時には、あらゆる角度から問題点を検証し、的確なソリューションを提供します。

※米国が本社のため、メールにて英語で連絡をとって頂く可能性がありますが、翻訳機などを使いながらでの業務が可能でございますのでご安心ください。

■ポジション概要（FPEとは？）
FPE（Field Process Engineer）は「お客様工場（半導体メーカー）の現場に入り、装置のプロセス技術を最適化するエンジニア」です。
装置の立ち上げ、性能評価、プロセス改善、トラブル解析、さらには次世代装置の開発支援まで幅広く担当します。

■主な業務内容
1. 半導体製造装置の立ち上げ
工場に導入されたLam装置を稼働させ、レシピ（プロセス条件）を最適化する

2. 前工程プロセス性能の検証・改善
形状異常、膜厚ばらつき、エッチング速度低下などをデータ分析・実験計画（DOE）で改善。歩留まり向上を支援

3. トラブルシュート（原因解析）
ガス、温度、圧力、RF、チャンバー状態などの装置パラメータを解析し、原因を切り分ける

4. 顧客との技術連携
評価結果の説明や改善提案、デモンストレーション（お客様向けプロセス紹介）、顧客の量産工場でのプロセス条件作り

5. 本社（米国）との技術連携
装置改善・不具合共有・次世代装置の開発支援。技術文書は英語が多く、メールなどで海外拠点と連携する場合があります

■主な業務

・調達プログラムマネージャーとして、他部門のチームと連携し、コミュニケーションや変更管理を含むプロジェクトおよびプログラムの管理を担当していただきます。調達プログラムマネージャーは、複数の複雑なプロジェクトで構成されるプログラム管理において、リソース配分のバランスを確保しながら、特定のビジネス目標と目的を達成するための指示とガイダンスを提供します。根本原因分析、投資回収評価、リスク、リソース消費、相互依存性、ギャップの観点から、プログラムとプロジェクトの進捗状況を分析します。
・プログラムに関連する特定のプロジェクトのマネジメントを兼任することもあります。プロジェクトにはAI関連プログラムが含まれる場合があり、プログラムマネージャーはAIを活用した製品とサービスのビジョンとロードマップを定義し、AI/MLロードマップを定義・実装し、それを全体的なビジネス目標と整合させ、AIプロジェクト/ユースケースをアイデア創出から導入まで主導する必要があります。

■Overview:
The Senior Field Service Manager will lead and manage the Micron Hiroshima site field service team. This person will be responsible for providing installation, warranty, maintenance, modification, contract and billable service for equipment at customer sites. The manager will ensure prompt and efficient service/communication to all customers in the assigned geographical or customer account area(s) and will be directly responsible for resource planning, supervising, scheduling, coaching, evaluating and mentoring Field Service Engineers.

■Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee field services activities including safety and quality install base performance at customer sites for our product.
Follow existing policies and procedures to manage service team on-site installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting as well as developing methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. 
Ensure all field service projects complete, meet customers' needs and FAC sign off.
Oversee the scheduling and training of all aspects for field service representatives including skill level, customer site requirement and company’s policies.
Handle service contracts and direct support services to meet all customers’ contractual obligations and commitments.
Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing global product technical support, engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams as needed.
Provide leadership, direction, and continuity in the areas of field service operations, staffing/manpower optimization and forecast expenses.
Manage all aspects of recruitment, orientation, training, evaluation, and development of personnel including administrative and expense control monitoring for all service headcount in the area under his/her direction.
Ensure that customer sites are meeting all safety standards and metrics with active participation in corrective action programs.
Maintain and initiate direct contact with customers through daily and weekly on-site meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate with other personnel in global service teams to correct major field problems, improve service processes or develop new customer programs as situations evolve.
Ensure best known practices are implemented and shared across all customers within assigned territory/customer sites.  
Lead and assist with continuous profitable growth year after year, through innovative solutions delivered in a repeatable, scalable and cost-effective manner.
