Key Responsibilities:
・Lead and execute R&D strategy in Japan
・Oversee preclinical and translational research activities
・Manage CRO/CDMO and external research collaborations
・Collaborate with global R&D teams
・Build and lead a high-performing research organization
・Manage research portfolio and budget
・Establish relationships with KOLs and academic partners
・Support future expansion of the Japan R&D organization

技能/経験
Requrement
・Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
・Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry around 15+ years of R&D experience
・Leadership and people management experience
・CRO/vendor management experience
・Global project leadership experience
Preferable Requirement
・Experience in preclinical and/or translational research
・PhD required or strongly preferred
・Experience in Cell Therapy/Regenerative Medicine/iPSC/CAR-T/NK Cell/Stem Cell/Immunotherapy/Oncology/Autoimmune Diseases
・CDMO Management
・US-Japan collaborative research experience
必須要件
・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上
・製薬業界またはバイオテクノロジー業界における15年以上の研究開発（R&D）経験
・組織マネジメントおよびピープルマネジメント経験
・CRO／外部ベンダーマネジメント経験
・グローバルプロジェクトのリーダー経験
歓迎要件
・非臨床研究および／またはトランスレーショナルリサーチの経験
・博士号（PhD）保有者歓迎（必須ではないが強く推奨）
・細胞治療、再生医療、iPS細胞、CAR-T、NK細胞、幹細胞、免疫療法、腫瘍学（オンコロジー）、自己免疫疾患領域における経験
・CDMOマネジメント経験
・日米共同研究プロジェクトへの参画経験またはマネジメント経験
