■Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
・>3 to 4 Years of FP&A or relevant work experience
・Experience working in High-Tech/IT service industry a plus
・Basic knowledge of financial management such as P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
・Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with creative problem-solving ability
・Effective communication, highly responsive, and strong follow-through skills
・Strong sense of ownership and responsibility as a finance professional
・Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle multi-tasks
・Resilience and self-motivated work independently
