Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Proven track record of strategic success and measurable achievements in commercial roles
- Minimum of 3 years of experience for leading organization (i.e. people management experience preferred)
Skills
- Strong strategic/logical thinking and leadership with a focus on performance and therapeutic impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse stakeholders. English fluency is preferred.
- Effective team building skills
