As the head of EC, you will be responsible for this brand and third-party online channels, reporting to the Head of eCommerce Onsite Merchandising. The position is pivotal in managing this brand and third-party digital accounts (Marketplace, Wholesale, Clearance), with full accountability for both top-line and bottom-line performance. This role directly drives sales, ensures operational excellence, and accelerates growth—expanding brand reach and awareness across Japan’s digital landscape.

 Lead this company eCommerce business across owned and third-party channels.
 Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through commercial and digital strategies.
 Optimize customer experience, digital marketing performance, and online merchandising.
 Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business performance to achieve financial targets.
 Partner with local and global stakeholders to deliver seamless omnichannel execution.
