＜POSITION SUMMARY＞
The Automation and Innovation Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and optimization of advanced AI-driven automation solutions in warehouse environments. You will work closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and deliver maximum value to operations. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and contribute to feature development.

· Analyze and design innovative AI-powered automation solutions for warehouse operations in collaboration with senior architects.
· Develop and optimize Python-based scripts, automation tools, and interfaces to enhance system performance.
· Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they meet operational requirements and performance metrics.
· Assist in integrating AI, robotics, and computer vision technologies into warehouse management systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems across various platforms.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
