・General Ledger & Accounting Operations: Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing processes. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Provide instruction to third party accounting service providers, review deliverables and monitor performance.

・Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports under JGAAP and IFRS. Conduct variance analysis and provide key financial insights. Support reporting for SPCs and investment-related structures.

・Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process. Review historical results and pipeline information to enhance forecast accuracy. Deliver financial analysis to support planning and strategic decisions.

・Audit & Tax Compliance: Serve as the primary contact for external auditors for the company and SPCs. Coordinate tax filings with external advisors, including corporate and SPC tax matters. Support internal audit procedures and prepare required documentation.

・Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain internal control processes in line with corporate policies and regulatory standards. Prepare Board materials and required governance documents.

・Capital Management & Fund Administration: Prepare capital call plans, documentation, and coordinate with shareholders and banks. Execute capital injections including approvals and share certificate issuance. Support cash flow planning and fund flow management.

・Process Improvement & Systems: Contribute to the implementation of new accounting system and
reporting/process improvements. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen data accuracy.

・Hands-on Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team members and cross-functional teams, taking a hands-on role in accounting, reporting, and analysis.
