仕事内容

・Support in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures in line with local regulations, industry standards, and internal requirements including REOC Guidelines.

・Conduct and oversee risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks within the company’s operations and investment strategies.

・Help implement quarterly and annual compliance and control checks.

・Support IT compliance matters such as review of user access and coordinate with Crane Operations and IT team and with third party IT service provider for such purpose.

・Work with other Myria teams to assure timely submission of compliance deliverables.

・Help investigate and report any compliance breaches or concerns and recommend corrective actions as needed.

・Support team in compliance training programs for employees, fostering a strong compliance culture within the firm.

・Communicate regularly with Head of Operations and Office Manager on policy changes or adaptation most suitable to the REOC's operation while fulfilling control guideline requirements

・Help plan and manage internal control audit process, responsible for coordinating all parties on the auditing process

技能/経験

■Experience and Qualifications
・5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in compliance or control related areas in domestic or international firms.
・Strong writing and reading skills, detail-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and manage workstreams.
・Knowledge of real estate market is a plus.
・Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
・Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
・Ability to articulate complex information.
・Inquisitive self-starter, with ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines.
・Ability to drive co-ordination and project manage amongst multiple stakeholders.
・Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with learning new applications.
・Team-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, driven and committed to continuous quality improvement.
・Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level.
・Native level Japanese, Business level English skills.
