■職務概要・魅力
イギリス系大手外資系メーカーにおけるロジスティクスマネージャーポジションです。
現行あるロジ網を迅速に把握でき、そして現状以上のNetworkを構築していただきます。そして、実行するために倉庫管理などの改善なども視野に入った場合は製造部と連携をし対応を頂きます。
2名のメンバー管理をしながらハンズオンでSCM業務にもあたっていただける裁量権の大きいポジションです。
■Job Summary
This role of Supply Chain and Logistics Manager is responsible for the management of supply and logistics strategic planning to coordinate the movement of Get Gas and Sell Gas from suppliers to customers.
The role includes providing all necessary support to plan and execute daily to mid-term production plans by collaborating with operations team. This role also plays a key role to develop and expand logistic network in Japan to fulfil needs from customers, operations, and commercial teams.
■General Duties
・Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, environmental and HR policies, procedures, and directions in place from time to time coupled with maintaining a safe work environment at all times
・Demonstrating personal qualities & behavioural traits, and the A-Gas values and behaviours listed below
・Reporting to A-Gas management in the manner and form as required from time to time
・Perform any other tasks as directed from time to time within an employee’s skill and competence
・Manage monthly SIOP process to ensure supply planning, production planning (bulk, packaged etc) and purchasing requirements meet the budget and commercial strategies of the business.
・Manage inventory valuation/costs and maintain inventory levels across the business to ensure sufficient supply at optimal pricing to meet budget, commercial needs and to minimize stock shortages and delays
・Record inventory movement on timely manner and make correct inventory volume available in an accounting system: MJS.
・Liaise with Operations manager to support effective production planning and provide on time logistics or ISO coordination as needed.
・Secure products on time to meet operational and customer requirements.
・Maintain relationship with suppliers and ensure their compliance of legislation, company guidelines, requirements, and values.
・Communicating with all stakeholders regarding critical factors that might affect quality, quantity, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
・Create the most efficient and cost-effective logistics network for SELL GAS and GET GAS.
・Meet and maintain relationships with external vendors and logistics companies to effectively execute commercial strategy.
・Coordinate Import and Export to execute timely deliveries by collaborating operations team. Prepare booking and appropriate shipping docs. Manage documents and permit filing when necessary.
・Communicate production team /CSR team to arrange in & outgoing shipments while meeting production/customers DIFOT.
・Book and arrange domestic incoming/outgoing trucks on daily bases and handle all necessary paperwork.
・Data entry to maintain accurate shipping history.
・Understand and manage cylinder system
・Assist operations in data entry
・Manage inventory valuation/costs and maintain inventory levels across the business to ensure sufficient supply at optimal pricing to meet budget, commercial needs and to minimize stock shortages and delays
・Record inventory movement on timely manner and make correct inventory volume available in an accounting system: MJS.
・Key in daily production data into our system.
・Maintain inventory properly from raw materials to finished products.
・Lead periodical physical inventory check and adjust when necessary.
・Help manage and maintain stock areas and warehouses in compliance with related regulations by collaborating with the Operations team.
・Help manage and maintain raw materials required by collaborating with Operations team.
・Help and execute other administrative items and tasks as needed

技能/経験
Essential/必須経験・知識・資格
• 5+ years’ of formal logistics and supply chain qualification
• Planning, and inventory experience
• Proficient knowledge of safety, quality, environmental awareness, and dangerous goods/hazardous substances
• Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English.
( Japanese: native level -JLPT N1 / English: TOEIC 450 or above. Beginner to business level ).
• Safety and environmental awareness
• Profound knowledge in Microsoft Suite of Products, Internet Explorer, Microsoft teams, excel and Outlook
• High level of time management skills
