仕事内容
■SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Provide direct technical support as well as e-support to customers and partners using and/or promoting the Application Software products in Japan
・Use knowledge based tools as provided by diagnose, research and resolve technical issues of existing and new customers
・Support the Sales Organization with Benchmarks during Sales process
・Communicate and demonstrate product features and benefits in pre-sales situations
・Present products to prospective customers
・Continuously familiarize with new products and product features as developed. Participate in Competence Teams at Group level
・Actively relate/communicate to the software teams/ technical support teams of Head-office to maintain top level technical expertise and as “fall-back” for difficult and first-time technical issues at customers

技能/経験
・3-5 year of practical experience in sheet metal forming in automotive industry & tool making/design/ CAE experience, preferably in simulation
・Experience in working directly with customers in a service-related position
・Must have above average troubleshooting skills, strong analytical problem solving skills and the ability to interpret technical questions
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Ability to convey complex technical details
・A good understanding of or experience within the Japanese automotive industry or part/component supplier community is highly desirable but not a must
・Academic knowledge of FEM and experience in Automotive Body Parts Engineering are preferred but not a must
