求める経験
・免疫・炎症、線維化、再生にかかる細胞（初代、幹細胞もしくはオルガノイド等）を用いた研究
・ゲノム編集技術などを用いた遺伝子機能解析のためのアッセイ系構築と各種オミックス解析
・病態モデル動物の作出と薬効評価および機序解析
・創薬プロジェクトの提案および推進リード（薬効薬理、等）の経験があれば望ましい

Desired experience:
・Expertise in cells related to immunology/inflammation, fibrosis, cancer, regeneration, etc. (primary, stem cells or organoids, etc.)
・Experience in functional genomics
・Experience in establishing mouse disease models, phamacological evaluation and MoA analysis
・Experience in proposing and leading drug discovery projects is even more desirable

求めるスキル・知識・能力
・医学／薬学／工学／生物系のいずれかで修士卒以上で博士号を取得、または相当の実務経験
・初代細胞、幹細胞やオルガノイドのハンドリングおよび分化制御技術
・組織、疾患や薬剤作用機序理解のための生物学的知識、公共データベース活用
・ゲノム編集技術などを用いた遺伝子機能解析および遺伝子発現制御ネットワーク解析に係る知識
・Python, R、等のプログラミングスキルがあると望ましい

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:
・Ph.D. or corresponding expertise with a master's degree in a field of Medicine, Pharmacology, Engineering or Biology
・Skills for primary cells or stem cells or organoids culturing as well as inducing diffrentiation
・Biological knowledge for understanding tissue function, disease and drug's MoA.　Utilization of public database for target discovery and understanding of disease pathogenesis.
・Knowledge of gene functional analysis and gene network analysis using genome editing and omics technology
・Programing skills (Python, R, etc.) are more desirable
