技能/経験

求める経験：
・修士課程もしくは博士課程を修了して、企業（製薬、化学、食品等）で3年以上の化学工学計算、プロセスシミュレーション・モデリングを活用したプロセス設計業務に従事。
もしくは、ケミカル医薬品原薬プロセス開発業務を3年以上経験して、新規生産技術や製造設備に関する開発、設計業務に従事。

以下の経験があるとなお良い
・ケミカル原薬連続生産技術開発、ケミカル原薬製造設備の開発・設計

求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・高い化学工学、もしくは、プロセス化学の知識と実践能力
・技術レポート作成、コミュニケーションレベルの英語力

以下のスキルがあるとなお良い。
・Aspen plus、gPROMS等の化学工学シミュレーション、データサイエンス

Desired experience :
- Completed Master's degree or Ph.D, over 3 years of practical experience of process design using chemical engineering calculation, process simulation and modelling in industy (such as pharmaceutical, chemical and food, etc.)
- Or, over 3 years experience in process research and development of chemical pharmaceuticals and engage in desing of novel production technology and manufacturing facilities.

Even better if you have the following experience :
Development of continuous manufacturing for chemical pharmaceuticals, desing of manufacturing facilities for chemical pharmaceuticals.

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities :
-In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering or process chemistry, extensive practical ability
-English skill to write technical report and communication

Even better if you have the following experience :
-Chemical engineering simulation such as Aspen plus, gPROMS etc., data science
