・有機合成実験の経験、及び有機合成化学を基盤とした研究を推進した経験
・トップジャーナルに掲載されるなど、最先端の研究を主体的に推進した経験がある方が望ましい
・リーダーとして研究チームを率いた経験がある方が望ましい

Desired experience:
・Experience in organic synthesis experiments and promoting research based on organic chemistry
・Experience in proactively promoting cutting-edge research preferred (such as being published in top journals)
・Experience leading a research team as a reader preferred
