仕事内容：
・低中分子のプロセス開発及び製品評価のための新規分析法開発、結晶スクリーニングを含む物性研究
・国内外製造サイトの分析部門への分析法技術移管
・治験・承認申請における最新のグローバル規制要件を満たす品質管理戦略立案、データ取得・申請書類作成
Description of Work:
・Development of analytical methods for process development and product evaluation of small/middle molecules, and solid-state analysis including solid-form/polymorph screening
・Analytical method transfer to C(D)MO of domestic and global sites
・Establishment of quality control strategy. Preparation and data acquisition for IND/NDA complied with the latest global regulatory requirements.

・Leader and expert of analytical function of porocess development
・Organic synthesis/pharmaceutical process chemistry/solid formulation development/analytical method development
・Characterization of solid-sate properties of pharmaceutics
・Analytical method transfer and C(D)MO management to global sites
・IND/NDA applicaiton
求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・海外C(D)MO等と業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
・上記の経験を有し、リーダーシップを発揮して実行力のある方

求める資格：
・薬学、理学、工学、理工、農学、医学系修士卒以上
