仕事内容
• Lead and execute statistical programming activities for clinical trials of low to medium complexity, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Design, develop, validate, and maintain programs supporting clinical data analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Create, verify, and deliver CDISC-compliant datasets, outputs, and associated submission documentation.
• Review programming requirements, perform quality control activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in biostatistics, data management, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, safety, and external partners.
• Contribute to process improvements, innovation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance programming efficiency and quality.

技能/経験
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Public Health, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2+ years of programming experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH-GCP), and drug development processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and reporting, including SAS, R, and/or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
• Familiarity with biostatistics, clinical trials, data quality, data modeling, research ethics, and industry best practices.
