Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in clinical operations or clinical study management in pharmaceutical or CRO settings.
- Proven track record managing clinical development projects or asset-level activities.
- Practical knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements in Japan.
- Experience working in matrix teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (Master, PharmD, PhD, MD) in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in oncology clinical operations or related therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrated experience managing outsourced delivery and CRO partnerships.
- Experience across multiple clinical phases from early to late phase.
- Solid financial planning experience, including budgeting and forecasting clinical costs.
- Familiarity with modern clinical trial approaches and digital tools.
