-Role Purpose
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the attraction by ensuring exceptional product delivery and guest experience. This role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth through effective leadership of cross-functional teams. The General Manager serves as the key representative of the attraction within the local and regional community, fostering stakeholder engagement, implementing marketing initiatives, and overseeing capital projects, while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, security, and employee engagement.
-Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for day to day running of the attraction with a focus on product delivery and overall guest experience by ensuring that displays and operations teams are working together to deliver the highest possible standards in product excellence and HSS in addition to delivering all attraction financial metrics and non-financial KPIs
•Work with all key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of annual budgeted EBITDA/ profit targets through volume and admissions RPC, secondary RPC and non-revenue per cap and management of OPEX costs
•Oversee development and implementation of attraction marketing plans to ensure strong and co-ordinated delivery of national and regional marketing strategies including local Promotions, Trade Marketing and PR
•Ensure team engagement through effective recruitment, succession planning, training and development and performance management
•Support attraction strategy through the development and implementation of the cluster 5-year strategic plan, capital development plans and annual budgets
•Propose and deliver all show and non-show Capex projects as agreed with the Regional Director and work with specialists where relevant to ensure delivered on time on budget and to agreed specifications.
•Ensure all internal processes are implemented and reviewed including HSS audits and reporting, operational and financial compliance, designated cash handling procedures and consistent operation of all in-attraction financial controls achieving minimum standards.
•Act as the lead representative of attraction across local and regional network organisations and tourism partners as well as lead community initiatives in line with corporate social responsibility agenda.

技能/経験

•7 to 10 years of work experience in commercial field, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership role(s)
•Significant experience overseeing a commercial business in a fast-moving customer-centric environment
•Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build meaningful relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally
•A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs with tangible results backed by data
•A passion for delivering a brilliant employee experience and taking pride in being a company ambassador

管理監督職
9:00~18:00までの間の8時間をベースに、アトラクションでのイベント実施や繁忙期、海外とのコール等業務の状況にあわせてご自身で勤務時間/日を調整いただくイメージです。

残業手当

管理監督職のため、労働基準法41条により、労働時間、休憩、休日の割増賃金の規定は適用されません。

通勤手当

交通費:一部支給(会社規定に基づき支給 上限:5万円)

年間有給休暇:有給休暇は入社時から付与されます
( 年間休日は、その年の土日祝日数をベースに設定。(2026年:122日)
