Knowledge and/or Key Competencies preferred:
• Must be self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently
•Perform tasks with diligent attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player possessing a strong work ethic, objective mindset, and drive for results.
• Strong communications and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.

Education and experience preferred:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or any business-related discipline
• Fluency in English and Japanese required
• Additional language proficiency in Korean is highly valued
•Minimum of three years of combined accounting or financial planning experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
•Additional software experience preferred: Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Adaptive Insights, BI tools
•Retail/Distribution experience is preferred
