仕事内容
This role involves providing medical and scientific expertise by contributing to the creation and review of clinical trial documents, conducting medical monitoring, and overseeing the medical and scientific aspects of studies. As a clinical representative in both local and global project teams, responsibilities include proposing and advancing clinical development and biomarker strategies, supporting regulatory submissions, liaising with key stakeholders, and facilitating timely approval of products. Additionally, the role supports business development activities by offering medical-scientific input for project strategy, licensing evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration.

技能/経験
・Must have at least five years of experience in clinical development in the field of oncology at a pharmaceutical company.
・Fluent in English with native Japanese language skills.
・A strong scientific background is required, with a bachelor's degree in pharmacology, biology, or a related field at minimum, and preferably a Ph.D. for the Clinical Scientist role. (MD degree is required for the Medical Director position)
・Ability to work effectively within a team.
・Availability for evening-to-night calls to discuss programs/studies with Europe/US-based colleagues.
・Willingness to visit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and investigators when necessary
・Effectively drive projects even in uncertain and ambiguous situations

交通費：全額支給(会社規定に基づき支給（３か月に対して300,000円を上限とする）)

年次有給休暇（初年度は最大12日間を入社月によって按分付与。入社と同時に付与された有給は試用期間中も利用可能。2年目16日間付与。3年目以降毎年20日間付与）
