As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the nationwide growth of the brand through strong financial leadership. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the Malaysia (GBS) team, you will help drive efficient, compliant, and high quality financial operations. This role directly contributes to strengthening Japan’s finance capabilities, aligned with local accounting and bookkeeping standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
・Manage and complete end to end monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
・Review and validate financial data prepared by Malaysia GBS teams
・Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards
・Coordinate with banks and tax consultants as needed
・Provide guidance to GBS teams and handle contingencies
・Support the Head of Finance on daily finance operations
