■At least 4 years of experience in solving challenging technical problems in 2 or more of the following areas:
・Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) and AI Agent frameworks.
・Prompt optimization and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
・Application development with Python, R, Java, Scala or C/C++.
・Copilot Studio or Amazon Bedrock for AI Agent and Agent flow automation.o Developing AI/ML workflows.
・Rapid iteration using CI/CD technologies and DevOps / MLOps• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
■ Strong understanding of commercial processes.
■Versatility mindset — comfortable switching between hands on prototyping, architecture and stakeholder consulting.
■Pragmatic and experiment-driven — prioritizes rapid validation and measurable outcomes.
■Collaborative — builds trust across business, IT and external partners.
