• Strong technical background in electrical, civil, mechanical, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in renewable energy or similar generation facilities in a technical coordination role or project management role.
• Proven experience leading development or construction activities within project teams.
• Understanding of commercial project structures and related transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and related applications.
Non-Technical
• High business-level proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and ability to communicate in English.
• Positive, proactive attitude and adaptability to business dynamics.
• Understanding and being able to negotiate contracts
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Collaborative, “one team” mindset with both domestic and international partners.
• Commitment to supporting company competitiveness and achieving results.
• High attention to detail, with excellent analytical and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license in Japan.
