技能/経験

【Essential】
•8+ years of experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation, or IT project management.
•Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (including workplace solutions), cloud platforms, and digital tools, especially within ENR/Wind energy space (GIS, Petrel, OPC/Primavera, Omega etc.)
•Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
•Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and verbal).

【Desirable】
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
•Experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
•Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management.
•Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
