■Key Responsibility Areas :
• Day to day management of existing properties
• Formulating asset management and disposition strategies to maximize investment returns
• Monitoring and updating asset performance against initial underwriting
• Supervising and maintaining relationships with external companies including property management companies, asset management companies, vendors, lenders and any others in relation to the assigned property
• Ensuring appropriate proposal and approval processes are processed for existing properties
• Providing underwriting support to the acquisition team for any new investment proposals
• Ensuring appropriate and necessary procedures for cash management, taxation and legal issues
• Corresponding / reporting to lenders, trust banks and refinance work for existing projects
• SPC management
• Investor relations
• Responding to any requirements when necessary

• Primarily report to Head of Japan
• Deal team in Japan and overseas (Singapore and Hong Kong)
• Investment committee members
