■Experience and Qualifications
・15 to 20 years of relevant experience in residential or accommodation related investment firms with extensive experience in real estate market;
・Business level or above English is required and verbal and written communication skill in English is essential to progress their career path in the organization;
・Strong research, financial, valuation, modelling and analytical skills, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage workstreams;
・Excellent negotiation skills;
・Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
・Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
・Inquisitive self-starter, with ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines;
・Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with learning new applications
