求める経験
・iPSCなどの幹細胞もしくはオルガノイドを用いた研究
・薬剤評価や遺伝子機能解析のためのアッセイ系構築と解析
・臨床応用や創薬を目指した研究経験があればさらに望ましい

Desired experience:
・Expertise in stem cells research including iPSCs and organoids
・Experience in assay development for drug evaluation and gene function analysis
・Experience in research aiming for clinical application or drug discovery is even more desirable

求めるスキル・知識・能力
・医学／薬学／工学／生物系のいずれかで修士卒以上で博士号を取得、または相当の実務経験
・幹細胞やオルガノイドのハンドリングおよび分化制御技術
・組織、疾患や薬剤作用機序理解のための生物学的知識

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:
・Ph.D. or corresponding expertise with a master's degree in a field of Medicine, Pharmacology, Engineering or Biology
・Skills for stem cells and organoids culturing as well as inducing diffrentiation of stem cells and organoid formation
・Biological knowledge for understanding tissue function, disease and drug's MoA.
