技能/経験

【求める経験】
・哺乳類、昆虫、大腸菌発現系を用いたリコンビナントタンパク質の発現、並びに精製業務の経験を3年以上程度
・タンパク質エンジニアリング（タンパク質の構造を考慮した欠損変異体やその他アミノ酸改変体のデザイン）の経験があることが望ましい

Desired experience:
・Approximately over 3-year-experience of expression of recombinant proteins through mammalian/insect/E.coli expression system and purification of the expressed proteins.
・Experience on protein engineering (design of deletion mutants and/or other amino acid modifications by understanding the structure of proteins) will be considered plus.

【求めるスキル・知識・能力】
・AKTAを使ったタンパク質精製用カラムクロマトグラフィー、細胞培養、タンパク質の分析（SDS-PAGE、HPLC等）、プラスミド構築と調製に必要な遺伝子操作全般
・課題を解決するための研究計画を、自らの知識や文献等の調査から立案することができる
・複数の実験を並行して進めることができる

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:
・Column chromatography for protein purification using AKTA, cell culture, basic protein analysis (SDS-PAGE, HPLC, etc), overall DNA work for plasmid construction and preparation
・Able to set up research plans to solve issues by using his/her own knowledge and/or surveying through publications etc.
・Able to conduct multiple expereriments simultaneously

【必須資格(TOEICを含む）】
・医学・薬学・理学・工学系分野における博士号を取得している者

Desired Qualification：
・Ph.D. degree in the area of medicine, pharmacology, science, or technology.
