※Job Summary※
Digital Channel Specialist will be part of the Omnichannel Stakeholder Experience team, and she/he will act as a product owner of Digital Channels including, Marketing Automation, Remote engagement tools, Webinar platforms, and Social Media. Digital Channel Specialist is responsible for improving the usability and functionality of existing UCB Digital Channels, and will act as an innovator to introduce new Digital Channels to maximize impact of UCB’s customer engagement activities.

既存のUCBデジタルチャネルのユーザビリティと機能性を向上させる責任があり、UCBの顧客エンゲージメント活動の効果を最大化するために新しいデジタルチャネルを導入するイノベーターとして行動します。
※Major Responsibilities※
■Digital Channel Product owner
Lead the development and functional update of Digital Channels including Marketing Automation, Remote engagement tools, webinar platforms, and Social Media tools partnering with Business teams, IT teams, and external partners.
Gather business requirements from Business teams, and design specification of responsible Digital Channels with the support of IT teams and external partners.
Develop detailed process flows related to utilization of the responsible Digital Channel, and document guidelines and training materials for proper utilization of the responsible channel.
Attend business meetings to train on the utilization procedures of the responsible Digital Channel.
■Digital Channel Operations
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Channel technologies including Marketing Automation (SFMC), Remote engagement, Webinars, and Social Media tools.
Design and maintain a reporting scheme to measure Digital Channel performance of responsible Digital Channel partnering with Data Excellence team and external partners.
Resolve critical operational issues and challenges related to the responsible Digital Channel with the support of IT teams and external partners.
■Introduction of new Digital Channels
Develop a detailed plan to improve existing channels and introduce new channels aligned with UCB’s Omnichannel Stakeholder Engagement roadmap.
Lead cross functional projects to introduce new Digital Channels.
