◆PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role leads the Order Processing Team and is responsible for the timely, complete and error-free recording of all incoming orders. He/she coordinates ongoing communication and collaboration with the sales function members and customers. He/she is also responsible for improving and harmonizing the order-to-cash processes with customers and the 3PL. He/she proactively maintains very close contact with the sales, demand planning, procurement and finance departments, to ensure uniform standards regarding the OTC (order-to-cash) process. Trains and instructs team members in relation to technical and operation processes. Introduces clear reporting standards and adapts the order load of the team members to changing market conditions. Leads local implementation of (SAP) system changes in OTC area.■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

◆EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
・5+ years of experience working in an order-related department in the FMCG industry. A foreign company is preferred.
・5+ years experience in OTC processes using SAP (or equivalent global ERP system).
・Experience in using 3PL is a plus.
・Lead change and lead a small, relatively unexperienced team. (3+ years of experience managing subordinates/temporary staff).
・Advanced skill in English (TOEIC 800+) or experience using English at work (Read, Write, Speak, Listen)
・Microsoft office (Intermediate Excel)
