Position Overview:
RGM（Revenue Growth Management）／プロジェクトファイナンスコントロールマネージャーは、ファイナンス部門とコマーシャル部門の橋渡し役として、RGMプロジェクト（価格改定を含むプライシング全般、プロモーションの最適化、ROIに基づく投資判断、これらをさせるシステム導入の支援等）およびその他の主要プロジェクトの策定（デジタルトランスフォーメーション、マーケティング施策等）、分析、実行を確実に推進し、強いリーダーシップのもと、多様な財務情報、分析、助言を提供する。

Responsibilities
・RGM戦略（価格改定を含むプライシング全般、プロモーションの最適化等）の評価に必要な財務モデルの作成をサポートする。コマーシャルRGMチームと連携し、ビジネスケースの財務分析を実施し、収益の最大化を図る
・標準化された価格体系、顧客セグメンテーション等に関する財務サポートを提供する。
・月次・四半期の差異分析やプロジェクト関連レポートの作成を担当する。
・デジタルトランスフォーメーションやマーケティング投資等のビジネスケースをコマーシャル組織と連携し作成し、会社の適切な意思決定を支えると同時に、投資の最適化を通じた企業価値の向上を担う。

・Support the development of financial models to assess RGM initiatives, including pricing strategies, price increases, and promotion optimization. Partner with the Commercial RGM team to evaluate business cases and maximize revenue and profitability.
・Provide financial support for pricing architecture, standardized pricing frameworks, customer segmentation, and other RGM-related initiatives.
・Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses, project performance tracking, and management reports to support business decision-making.
・Partner with Commercial teams to develop and assess business cases for strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and marketing investments, ensuring sound investment decisions and optimized value creation.
