【Required】
➢ Experience developing payer/pricing/HTA strategies for the Japanese market
➢ Strong working knowledge and practical experience in Japan NHI pricing systems, including drug pricing rules and revisions
➢ Experience developing economic models and/or adapting global economic models for Japanese HTA evaluations
➢ Demonstrated ability to solve complex and non-routine pricing and HTA issues with minimal supervision
➢ Experience leading pricing-related and HTA-related projects in a cross-functional environment
➢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple scenarios and data sources
➢ Effective communication and influencing skills to explain complex pricing and HTA topics to diverse stakeholders
➢ Business-level English and Japanese communication skills

【Preferable】
➢ Experience in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing Strategy, or Government Affairs functions
➢ Experience working with global pricing teams or contributing to global strategy alignment
