Our ML Engineers collaborate across diverse teams, projects, and environments to have a firsthand impact on our global customer base. You’ll bring a passion for the intersection of software development with generative AI and machine learning. You’ll also:
- Solve complex technical problems, often ones not solved before, at every layer of the stack.
- Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative GenAI solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
- Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products.
- Complexities will include distributed model training; low latency and high throughput model hosting.
- Will work along with scientists on SLM/LLM optimization/finetuning

ソフトウェア開発と生成AI／機械学習の融合に情熱を持って取り組んでいただきます。具体的には以下を担当します。
・スタックのあらゆるレイヤーで、複雑かつ未解決の技術課題を解決する
・サービスの性能・耐久性・コスト・セキュリティを変革する革新的なGenAIソリューションの設計、実装、テスト、デプロイ、運用
・高品質かつ高可用性（常時稼働）のプロダクト開発
・分散モデル学習、低遅延・高スループットのモデルホスティングといった高度な要件への対応
サイエンティストと連携し、小型言語モデル（SLM）および大規模言語モデル（LLM）の最適化・ファインチューニングに取り組む

技能/経験
【Basic Qualifications】
- Experience with design, development, and optimization of generative AI solutions, algorithms, or technologies
- 5+ years of professional software and systems development experience
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Perl
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team, or experience managing teams
- Experience with one of the following areas: machine learning technologies, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or related applications
- Japanese language proficiency and Business-level English communication skills
【Preferred Qualifications】
- 2+ years of experience in developing, deploying or optimizing ML models
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution, or experience (non-internship) in professional software development

固定残業代 200,000円 ～ 350,000円 / 月
月収は月額基本給+職務手当(定額残業代)で構成。
・職務手当は、残業の有無に関わらず通常の労働時間の賃金の125％で計算した70時間分の時間外勤務手当に相当する金額(約20～35万円)が定額で支給。（必ず70時間残業が発生するわけではありません）
・超過分については別途支給
