求める経験：
・10年以上の試験病理標本作製（げっ歯類）
・免疫染色、特殊染色およびISH技術（用手法、自動染色装置）

求めるスキル・知識・能力
・病理標本作製全般の流れを俯瞰し、課題を見抜き、適正な標本作製室運営を維持する能力
・標本作製に関する試験信頼性上のクリティカルポイントを理解し、運営に落とし込める能力
・鏡検者のニーズを自ら把握し、それに合わせた品質の標本を提供できる知識・能力

求める行動特性：
・常に患者さんへの貢献を最優先に考え、科学に対して誠実である。
・関係者とコミュニケーションをとって、良好な協業体制を構築する。
・これまで経験や報告のないことに対しても、失敗を恐れず積極的に挑戦する。

求める資格：
・一定以上の英語力（目安：英語でコミュニケーションが取れるレベル、英語論文を適切に理解できるレベル）
・実験病理組織技術認定士があればなおよい(資格取得の後の維持状況は問わない)

Desired experience
・10 year or more experience in histopathological sample preparation for studies (rodent).
・Immunohistochemistry, special staining and ISH technique (both manual and automated stainer)

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities：
・The ability to oversee the histopathological specimen preparation workflow, to discern the critical point of that workflow, and to keep the appropriate lab work flow.
・The ability to understand the critical issue for the credible specimen preparation, and to keep that credible workflow.
・The ability to discern the needs of each pathologist, and to provide the specimen with appropriate quality.

・Communicate proactively with stakeholders to build strong and collaborative working relationships.
・Embrace challenges without fear of failure, even in areas where no prior experience or precedents exist.

Desired Qualifications:
・A working proficiency in English (guideline: able to communicate effectively, able to accurately comprehend scientific papers)
・Qualified Laboratory Technologist in Experimental Pathology
