■JOB SUMMARY
近年、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）や生成AIを中心としたAI利用の加速、及び、企業におけるビジネスモデルやITシステムの急速な変化に伴い、当社ではデータの重要性に焦点を当て、顧客により速く価値を提供するためのデータ利活用を推進しております。今回、その一環として、ビジネス価値を実現し、変革を推進する、データ領域に特化した経験豊富なリードSRE(Data SRE)を募集します。

1.リード Data SREについて
リードData SREは、SREチームのリード・エンジニアとしてSREチームを率い、当社における全社規模のクラウドデータ基盤について、高い可用性、スケーラビリティ、パフォーマンスを維持し、安定性を提供する役割を担います。

当社のほぼ全てのビジネス部門、データアナリスト・データサイエンティスト、アプリケーション・AIサービス、お客様といった当社のデータを利用するほぼ全てのユーザーが利用する全社データ基盤の安定稼働を支える、IT部門の数あるチームの中でも大変重要でやりがいのあるポジションとなります。

2.マッチする候補者について
技術的な観点からは、①データ基盤(Data Lake, RDB, NoSQL, DWH, ETL/ELT/Data Pipeline等)の設計や構築のご経験、②Cloud Engineerとして自社向けのCloud Platformを構築した、またはCloud Platformの運用をしたご経験、①②のいずれかのご経験がある方に適したポジションとなります。また、いずれの場合もベースラインとして一般的なRDBやアプリケーション開発の知識は必要です。
加えて、日本語・英語双方のコミュニケーションがある程度できる必要があります(英語ネイティブレベルである必要はありません)。

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for Data will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services.
