Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

・Independently develop, enhance, and execute complex financial models to analyze investment strategies, risk scenarios, and asset performance.
・Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions and portfolio optimization.
・Review and maintain financial models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with fund strategy and regulatory requirements.

Market & Economic Research

Carry out in-depth research on economic conditions, market trends, and industry developments, translating insights into investment implications.
Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including analysis of financial, tax, and accounting impacts, and prepare data-backed recommendations.

Portfolio Management / Oversight

・Expansion of the portfolio from sourcing new opportunities to closing deals
・Assess and monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio assets, identifying variances and improvement areas.
・Support the execution of asset strategies by preparing detailed reports and performance assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement

・Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and investment papers for leadership and investment committees.
・Communicate complex modelling outputs and market insights in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
