Experience:
 5 years + experience in financial industry.
 Basic experience in Investments (public or private) and/or Investment related functions including risk, finance or operation for either balance sheet or 3rd party money preferred but not mandatory, person with potential capability to pick up this area would be positively considered as eligible

Skills:
 Basic knowledge of Investments, financial accounting and/or investment operations
 PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills required to create Investment presentation memos
 Accurate in numbers
 Good communication skill

Preferable:
 Basic Industry (Alternatives Investment) knowledge preferred but not mandatory, rather, the person with an interest and challenging spirit in this area should fit.
Qualifications:
 Japanese or global CFA, CMA and/or CPA holder or willing to take preferred but not mandatory

Language:
 Japanese: Native English: Business level (who can correspond well with various overseas functions including fund managers, global team members, global functional partners to conduct due diligence and portfolio monitoring, eventually expecting this person to write up Investment memo in English and be able to close the transaction with English documents).
 The person does not necessarily have to be fluent, rather, willing to speak and understand counterparty in English would be a fit.

Personality:
 Outgoing personality who can proactively create new relationships that can eventually lead to investment opportunities (Social person as a must attribute)
 Cooperative personality who respects team and their works (team player as a must attribute)
 Other than pursuing deal transactions (front function) as a main responsibility, person who is also willing to and can dedicate his/her time in operational and administrative works in liaison with back/middle office functions.
 Hard working nature with a balance who can conclude one’s responsibility including deal executions under tight schedule but also has a flexibility to seek for the alternatives way in such cases like unexpected market turnaround or regulatory constraints.
 Person who has the capability to find amicable solution over the issues by him/herself, if arose, in cooperation with relevant teams.
 Proactive personality willing to explore new idea or areas and the way to process efficiency
