求める経験
・タンパク質科学・構造生物学に関する深い知識
・AIや機械学習を用いたタンパク質デザインまたは関連分野での業務経験
・タンパク質分子・生体分子のモデリング・シミュレーションの経験
・プログラミングスキル（Python, R等）とデータサイエンスの知識
・デジタルツールを活用した業務の自動化・効率化の提案・実行経験

以下の経験があれば望ましい：
・タンパク質構造解析手法（X線結晶構造解析、クライオ電子顕微鏡等）の経験
・生化学実験および物理化学実験手法での業務経験
・データベースの構築・管理、IT基盤強化などの業務経験
・創薬プロジェクトでの実務経験

・種々のタンパク質科学研究で使われる生物物理学的手法の原理と解析手法を理解できる。
・課題を解決するための研究計画を、自らの知識や文献等の調査から立案することができる。
・複数の実験を並行して進めることができる。
・Python等の高度なプログラミングスキルを有する。
・他者の意見や考えを尊重しつつ、自身の描く未来も作り上げるバランス感覚を発揮できる。

求める資格：
・医学・薬学・理学・工学・農学系修士以上で、できれば博士号を取得している者
・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上）

Desired experience:
・Deep knowledge in protein science and structural biology
・Work experience in protein design using AI and machine learning, or related fields
・Experience in modeling and simulation of protein molecules and biomolecules
・Programming skills (Python, R, etc.) and knowledge of data science
・Experience in proposing and implementing automation and efficiency improvement of work processes using digital tools

Preferred qualifications:
・Experience with protein structure analysis methods (X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, etc.)
・Work experience in biochemical experiments and physicochemical experimental methods
・Work experience in database construction/management and IT infrastructure enhancement
・Practical experience in drug discovery projects

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Strong understanding of the principles and analytical methods of biophysical techniques used in various protein science research
・Capability to formulate research plans to solve problems based on one's own knowledge and literature research
・Experience in conducting multiple experiments in parallel
・Advanced programming skills in Python and other languages
・Excellent balance between respecting others' opinions and ideas while pursuing one's own vision for the future

・Identify the critical issues, work strategically, and persistently pursue results, even in difficult situations

Desired Qualifications:
・Master's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, science, engineering, agriculture, or related disciplines, with Ph.D. preferred
・Sufficient English skills (target: TOEIC 730+)
