Requirements：
<Mandatory>
・日本語ネイティブレベル、または英語ネイティブレベルかつ日本語中級レベル以上
・複数のOS環境（Unix/Linux/MS）での汎用プログラミング言語の経験が3年以上あり、可能であればJavaやPythonを使用したフロントエンド開発の経験
・DevOpsおよびアジャイル開発方法論の応用経験と深い理解があり、GIT、Jenkins、SonarQube、Cucumberなどのさまざまなコアツールに関する確立された知識
・Javaオープンソースアプリケーションフレームワーク（Springフレームワークなど）に関する理解と開発経験
・データベースの設計と管理に関する知識と利用経験があり、できればMS SQL Serverの利用経験
・技術者と非技術者の両方に対する高いコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネスプロセスをテクノロジーソリューションと関連付け、ビジネスに最大限の利益をもたらしながら適切なテクノロジーアーキテクチャを適用する能力

・Native level in Japanese, or native level in English with intermediate level or above in Japanese.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in general-purpose programming languages across multiple OS environments (Unix/Linux/MS), preferably in front-end development with Java and Python.
・Solid experience and understanding of DevOps and Agile development methodologies, with established expertise across a range of core tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Cucumber.
・Strong understanding of Java Open Source Application Frameworks, such as the Spring framework.
・Proficiency in database design and management, preferably using SQL Server.
・Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
・Ability to correlate business processes with technology solutions to benefit business stakeholders and apply appropriate technology architecture.

<Preferred>
・中規模チーム（5～15名）の開発リードまたはサブリード経験
・株式、債券、デリバティブ商品などの取引ライフサイクルを理解し、証券取引環境での実践的な開発において3年以上の業界経験があること
・Angular/React、Node.js、TypeScriptなどのWeb技術に関する理解または実務経験
・アジャイル認定資格
・ビジネスレベルの英語能力
・証券外務員資格
・内部管理責任者資格

・Experience in leading mid-size teams (5 to 15).
・More than 3 years of industry experience in hands-on development within the securities trading environment, with a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle for products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
・Understanding or experience in web technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
・Agile certification.
・Business-level English proficiency.
