Arteris is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales, Japan with the experience, capability, and energy to lead the Arteris sales efforts in the Japan Territory. This role will report directly to the Japan Country Manager.
Must have a history of being a strong salesperson, with the demonstrated ability to think strategically and keep the global company picture in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical competence with the portfolio of Arteris products.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Provide regular forecasts (written, verbal and using the CRM tool).
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure Arteris management and stakeholders are informed on the progress of those goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Envisioning, planning, and executing strategies for growing all aspects of the business.
Managing day to day execution to deliver short term business goals.
