-Provide leadership and guidance to the JP Sales teams so as to consistently achieve short-term and long-term goals in terms of sales quota, bookings and revenue growth.
‐ Spearhead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy for the region in line with industry trends, market opportunities and business objectives; this includes customer identification, acquisition and retention strategies.
‐ Present sales process management to the APAC Sales Head remotely and in measurable dimensions.
‐ Recruit, train, motivate and manage the performance of the Sales team, responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel. Make recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity.
‐ Lead a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job model.
‐ Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives
‐ Adopt a hands-on approach to manage execution plans for key deals, via direct and indirect channels.
‐ Sustain rigorous and transparent Salesforce.com pipeline management and forecasting across the team.
‐ Drive visibility and alignment with Senior Management on key performance indicators, business performance and opportunities for sales performance improvements.
‐ Partner with global Marketing and Product Management teams to define programs to increase revenue growth, including but not limited to, brand awareness campaigns, lead generation, digital marketing initiatives, etc.
‐ Work with Global Operations teams on technical consulting activities, identify support process improvements and product enhancements.
‐ Establish high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.
‐ Ensure planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the firm.
