■The Role
CyrusOne is looking for an experienced Development / Customer Implementation Manager who understands the meaning of best-in-class service. This person will be a part of a diverse, upbeat, and creative team tasked with solving fascinating problems and developing data centers in Japan in conjunction with our CyrusOne KEP joint venture. Our data centers are industry-leading examples of energy efficient and cost-effective designs with an emphasis on mission critical MEP system.
This person must possess strong verbal, written communication skills and can lead others by utilizing his/her project management expertise to successfully manage complex construction of CyrusOne’s data centers and customer installations into the data centers. As a company we focus on delivery, we collaborate, innovate, and find solutions that deliver results.

■Key Responsibilities(CyrusOne’s Data Center Development and Construction)
•Construction representative on multiple data centers building project sites from construction start through hand-off to operations.
•Work closely with the development team from Kansai Electric Power Company (KEPCO), our partner company in Japan.
•Own project scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget for construction of new data center development.
•Own construction project management and oversight of construction related activities.
•Work with Procurement team to develop Scope of Work (SOW) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for general contractors, subcontractors and equipment vendors.
•Support Design team planning and permitting.
•Represent CyrusOne and CyrusOne KEP to our customers which includes global major companies on construction sites daily, as, interacting with construction trades.
•Work alongside partner teams such as Sales, Design, Technology, and Operation.
•Own everything from the design review to construction bidding, execution, and final hand-off to our customers. We develop innovative data centers for our customers.
•Manage and drive safety, cost, schedule, and quality while managing construction contractors and vendors.
•Work with the partner’s development team on interfacing with construction contractors and vendors during the construction tender, award, execution, punch-list, and closeout phases.
•Manage commissioning and integrated system testing and oversight.
•Support operations of installed facilities, including review of procedures, best practices, and maintenance initiatives.
•Provide constructability reviews for civil, structural, electrical and mechanical designs for new data centers.
•Be a leader within the group, and within internal and external data center support teams.

■Key Responsibilities(Customer installation in CyrusOne’s Data Center)
•When customers request CyrusOne to manage the installations in customer’s data hall space, effectively initiates (as known as “Fit-out work”, defines, and evaluates the customer project through communications, contract and documentation review, and associated business analysis
•Accurately identifies stakeholders, sets expectations, and addresses related project impacts and goals
•Methodically assembles the project plan including the scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, revenue intervals, and risks based on the contract, and through partnership with the customer, CyrusOne account team, construction, service delivery, facilities, network, security, and associated vendors
•Manages and enables the project team, resources, and vendors to execute the tasks, deliverables, and associated milestones efficiently while owning the customer project communication
•Analyses and identifies solutions to mitigate risk and impacts to quality, cost, scope, and time while offering guidance and opportunities with a focus on customer satisfaction
•Monitors, controls, and reports on project work through tools and feedback mechanisms to effectively communicate progress to stakeholders including executive leadership
•Performs integrated change control while sourcing and implementing collaborative decisions to achieve the customer’s desired results
•Articulates closing processes, revenue recognition requirements, and stakeholder acceptance, while generating reports and surveys to enable post-install customer success and account management ownership transition
•Accomplishes successful project closure through on-time delivery of CyrusOne’s data centre products and services

■Accountabilities
•This role is accountable to the Senior Data Center Development Manager in Japan.
•This role is accountable for the management of contractors and vendors.
•This post carries financial accountabilities for all development budget, estimate, tender, selection of contractors, and cost management during construction including change orders management.
•Must be able to and willing travel across Japan and overseas as required by the business.

データセンターまたはインフラプロジェクトにおける電気システムの設計、調整、実装を統括するSenior Electrical Engineer (Project)を募集しています。本職務では、設計レビュー、技術評価、機器選定から現場監督、試験、試運転に至るプロジェクト全ライフサイクルを管理し、全ての作業がプロジェクト仕様、品質、安全、スケジュール要件を満たすことを保証します。

■お任せしたい仕事
当社は地方公共団体（市役所など）が利用する業務システムを開発しており、自社のデータセンターを保有しております。データセンターには大きな地震に耐えるための装置や、万が一の停電や火災に備えるための設備、特殊な空調など、様々な専門設備があります。
今回は、そんなデータセンターをはじめとした各種施設の電気設備や空調設備を管理する仕事をお任せいたします。最初は点検業務から入っていただき、ゆくゆくは施設全体の維持管理計画の立案や、工事の施工管理などもお任せしたいと考えています。ファシリティのプロフェッショナルとして屋台骨を支える仕事です！

◆各種設備の維持・点検に係る業務
・特別高圧受変電設備（委託保守の運用に係る支援）
・電気関連設備運用（高圧受電、非常用自家発電機、無停電電源装置）
・空調設備運用
・衛生給排水、建物、その他設備運用

◆各種設備の維持・更新計画立案、施工管理に係る業務
・SPビル活用方針に沿った維持計画の立案
・データセンター設備増強計画立案、工事における施工管理
